I was riding last weekend and it was MUDDY and pouring. my warrior ran fine all day. i loaded it in the truck to take it home i turned the fuels off so it wouldnt come out the overflow when i tipped it on the grab bar. After i got home it sat in the bed of my truck for 6 days and last night i took it out and tried to start it to put it in the grage and it cranked over but wouldnt start. It has gas in it i turned the pet cock back on. what other things should i check?

check the carb, to make sure its not clogged. does it even try to start or just keeps cranking?

I was always taught, a engine needs spark, compression, and fuel to run. well thats what my auto teacher always told me, and it has stuck with me ever since

yes check to make sure it's getting spark, fuel and has compression and then check for loose or disconnected wires or you might just have to dry it out for awhile just check all the obvious and simple stuff first

i dont know if its getting either. Ive been cranking it over probably a total of 5 mins and the plugs not even wet. it doesnt even try to start. I sprayed starter fluid in the cylinder and still nothing. Then i checked for spark and i should see spark if the electrode is close to the cylinder and i crank it over right? I didnt see any spark. Now what? I really dont want to take the carb off yet if theres other things i can check first.

well if the plug isn't getting wet then your carb needs to be cleaned and then you have to figure out why no spark stator, coil, cdi, fuse loose wires ect ect ect...
