The new coil, new stator and pickup coil all test fine. unless the new cdi is bad i have to think the regulator or maybe the two relays? Did not think the relays or regulator would create a no...

I have checked the ohms on the new stator and coil they check out fine. Thanks.

Have not replaced the regulator. The wiring harness has been gutted any wire that looked suspect has been replaced or bypassed. Thanks for the info.
