Hey guys i have my daughters warrior that myself and my son in law have been trying to get running again for almost a year. It had the infamous no spark fail and we have replaced the cdi the stator and pick up coil the coil itself a new plug ,battery is good tore the entire wiring harness apart all wires good no breaks. Bypassed the fuse we have been through every posting we could find on this subject and cannot find anything that works to get spark. Any ideas or input would be appreciated. At the end of my rope with this thing probably going to part it out or sell as is and move on . She wants a 250r anyway just hoping to get it running again before we sell it. Thanks.:atv::atv:

Have you changed out the regulator/rectifier? that or the harness itself sounds like the onlty thing left to change...sounds to me like it is in a connector somewhere on your harness in my opinion, try dielectric grease on all the plug ins if ya havent. If feasible I would change out the harness or put hers on another like model and see what happens. Also CDIs are known to have come DOA from the factory...Just trying to give ya some new avenues to explore, hope it helps...

I know you replaced the stator and coil, but you might need to ohm check them. Sometimes new ones are DOA.

Have not replaced the regulator. The wiring harness has been gutted any wire that looked suspect has been replaced or bypassed. Thanks for the info.

I have checked the ohms on the new stator and coil they check out fine. Thanks.

Will a bad regulator/rectifier create a no spark scenario? Will it take out other componets if its bad. The new coil, new stator and pickup coil all test fine. unless the new cdi is bad i have to think the regulator or maybe the two relays? Did not think the relays or regulator would create a no spark issue?
