Okay what all fi I have to do to remove the carb? Intake manifold coukd be right at first we never removed it but finally had to at the end to put the springs back on but there was a oring there that looked fine and we made sure bolts were tight.

We have not messed a carb at all since it was running fine before. How hard is it to remove the carb completily from the quad.

Hey guys, my uncle has a 2005 raptor350 and only upgrades were stage 1 cam. He got it used and ran great for a while. Started smoking a lil and we got it down to valve seaks so we put new valve seals. New piston and rings and got cylinder honed. Adjusted the valves and put it all back together...
