    valve clearance question

If you have cams and don't have the specs set it at .006 for both and ride on. As for your getting louder did you set it at tdc before setting the valves?

My BUILT 01 warrior 350 I set up for MX

Its nice to see I'm not the only one riding mx on a warrior. A few things though. You really need to look into a 01 660 raptor rear shock, and a propper long travel front suspension. That will help a lot. Also a wider axle like a gforce that won't bend would be a good investment. That stock one...

    valve clearance question

Or was it .05 and .06? Gosh its been a while since I had a set of feeler gauges in my hands...

    valve clearance question

You use a very thin feeler gauge and it is quite thin. I set mine at .005 in intake and .006in exhaust

    VOTE for JCDigital Build.

If I see a question that hasn't been answered 100 times already, I'll comment until then use the search function. I work 2 full time jobs working 60-95 hours a week. I have a fiancé along with a room mate and a side job and two project trucks. Commenting on a forum isn't high on my priority...

    DRW: Building a 4Valve 374cc Warrior Motor

Still no money to continue. I think I've come up with a way to solve the head bolt problem but it will take some time and money to do. Then I've still got to resolve the timing chain issue. That might take the longest to solve.

    Frame problems

Your going to need to heat it where the down tube just in front of the motor where it meats the lower frame rails, that's where it is bent. I've had to fix one myself.

    Case Saver

The best choice is to either weld it back together or to change that case half.

    Changing tires

the blasters wheels are the only ones that i know of for the bead being such a pain. use some thick dish soap then try the air at the station, if that doesnt do it, gut give it a small spray then light it. if it isnt enough work your way up
