60k/2.3 gallons of gas.. That's not bad I get about 60 miles (80ish k) when I'm on long trails so that's not bad for a quad. No one on here I know of uses theirs for on road use.

Well good luck to you. I've tried Delrin before and found it to bee too soft. Also I hope you know that's if your melting point facts are right it's going to melt on a long ride.. I use UHMW if you have issues with that melting I recommend using that instead it has a much higher melting point...

I hate to be a bearer of bad news, but if you break a case I give it a 50/50 chance of working. My reasoning behind that is for two reasons, 1 Delrin is a soft spongy type material and will catch the chain not eject it which is forcing the case to take the brunt of the impact. And 2 you have too...

Your gonna have to make them bro. The air ducts you can buy after market Yfz ducts and use them.

I will be selling them till retirement. Lol but there is no reason to wait to order one. You never know when you will bust a chain or a case.

Crank it, and spray starter fluid at the intake boot, it it revs up or anything at all you intake is bad and you need to change it or it will never run right.

Is the intake boot cracked? Or is the air fuel screw adjusted at 2.5 rounds?

I had the same problem with the guy when I bought a old jug from him. Took him 9 months to ship a part he told me he just had setting on his desk anyways. I would never recommend him to anyone. That being said admin needs to strip him of moderator if he's this bad he shouldn't be a mod.
