Engine stumbling

Just rebuilt the carb now when I hit the throttle it hesitates it is also seems like at start up it is running out of gas I have a filter on it carb is getting gas looked at plug looks good not white nice brown color it will idle the shut off then start up shut off this goes on for a little then it is ok please help driving my self crazy with this

Will only run with chock on push chock in it shuts off

Is the intake boot cracked? Or is the air fuel screw adjusted at 2.5 rounds?

Ok checked intake boot could not find anything on outside inside the rubber that is exposed the ends look a little dry rotted and cracked is that where the go bad?

Crank it, and spray starter fluid at the intake boot, it it revs up or anything at all you intake is bad and you need to change it or it will never run right.
