    You also wanna loctite the bolt holding the cam gear on, otherwise you might find yourself in need of a new cam which isn't cool.

    I ran cross country a lot with 2 ply tires and never had a problem, I changed them because I got into mx and they weren't the tires I was looking for. But that's just me.

    As far as power increase in general, change the pipe first and jet it, if that's not enough look into a better filter setup, if that's not enough look at carbs, if that's not enough look into pistons and cam and porting. You can always spend more money so never think you have the best setup or...

    Change the front a arms to aftermarkets, cut the headlight mount off, a aluminum bumper, yfz450 front spindles that should cut around20 pounds off the front

    Well Douglas champion in a box are lighter... I know for a fact! Lol it takes a lot to lighten a warrior and its all in the smallest ways that build up to A noticeable change.

    Because they are too long? Relocating the upper shock mount changes leverage angles and allows you to run longer shocks. You redrill new holes up and in more on the frame and well you get the point.

    Of the 16" 450 shocks, those are the stiffest which is good for the dimond j kit. I ran ltr shocks not KFx shocks. But I own a kfx450r-se so I've rode them. Not a bad setup. You can redrill your upper shock mounts if your extremely careful and use those shocks with aftermarket arms.

    I use their a arms on my bikes and I must say if their swing arms are as good as their a arms there's no reason to even doubt asr.
