Ya you can shift with not clutch I do it a lot just let off. My old motor 4 has no clutch well not a clutch lever. Same motor and tranny

I don't think it can be warped or bent it's aluminum ifnit was bent if would be broke. The o ring ripped? The allens tight?

yea tru. they do sell the copper tubing, that would be better than the brake like, easer to bend and fit into place. migh have to use a different oil galery if you ccant find a fitting for the head bolt if you have a oil cooler you could tap into one of the lines.

could you use steel brake line and a fitting like a automotive brake line and fiting from the cyl head bolt to the guage? just an idea i dont know if you can get a fitting that size though

i dont think you should replace just the ball joint. when you press the ball joint out of the socket you wil probily stretch/ bend the metal around the hole where the ball joint is souppost to go and the now one will not stay in

are you using a mechanical or electrical guage?

Yea same kid had to get hit rocker arm fixed or adjusted or something not 100 sure last summer by the same tech. Now the tech fixed the stator and says the timing is off I think he is screwing him

My buddy has a 2000 warrior and he got the local small engine shop to install a new stator and now they say it runs but the timing is off? Apparently the tech there is a yamaha tech. This sound right??
