    took the carb apart and its running a 152.5 main jet 42.5 pilot jet and the main needle is 5J18 position 3 down from the top. from what i can tell the only jet different from stock is the main jet. and what exactally does changing the needle position do?

    cut this out on a CNC today. not bad for $20 of material and an hr worth of work. its made out of Delrin which is far more abrasion resistant than the aftermarket UHMW ones.
