The cdi box would be the last part to replace. Do an ohms test on the stator. Any Clymer book will have the ohms measurements for each year warrior. Also check the coils ohms. The cdi box are rarely the culprit of a no spark issue.

Yes you are right. The 36mm is what was made for the warrior. I had a quick silver on my 366 motor and it was awesome. Good luck finding any of the needles to mess with the tune. Throttle cables are also hard to find for them. I modified an edelbrock 660 raptor throttle cable for mine to work.
