I would never use anything like that. It sucks having to replace a tire/wheel with that stuff all over it, it's such a pain. It just creates major turbulence inside the tire and throws it off at high speeds. Unless it's for an emergency, I suggest getting new tires....

I've got two uppers from a Raptor 350, they're the same, there may be a bracket on the Warrior one the Raptor doesn't, but they're the same besides. Powdercoated black... Never installed since, $20 shipped to you if you're in the lower 48.

YFZ/Raptor 700 calipers have been the same forever. Master cylinders are the only thing that has changed.

Never have used that exact lever... But all I would ever run is a shorty lever. Standard levers look too big, and clutter up the bars, IMO.
