Can I Get My Axle In Time???

Something you might think about is if those axle bearings have been there for some time, you might change them while you have it out, if not clean it up to make sure you can get it back apart if you have to change them.

Will keep that in mind if I am allergic to be stings get a epi pen, but think its more of where it stung me at then being allergic. On a second note I can't catch a break on my frigging truck, now for no freaking reason after work I start it up, and it blows smoke and is burning oil like crazy...

    Not Running right.

If you let more air in, it will need more fuel, they have to be balanced or it won't run.

    Re-Ringing

Before you re ring it and hone it you need to make sure the bore is still round, if its out of round by a tad it will need to be cut, and go up a size in piston. If its still in spec for round then you can hone it, ring it, put it back together break it in and be good to go. But if you are going...

    Easier shifting and neutral find

Ok guys they emailed back they do not have the stars for the warrior what they do is round the edges of the star. Which kinda makes sense, a smooth round edge is easier to move over then a sharp pointed one. They a few things like essentials like chain , sprockets, filters, spark plugs, grips...

    Carnage to my truck :(

Wow that was lucky going at a good speed good have been more carnage if not worse. This is one of those things got to keep stuff maintained and keep a check on stuff. Now just the hassle of taking out the old parts and putting the new or used parts in.

    Carnage to my truck :(

Holy **** dude, seeing this makes me need to go check my rear end oil. The driveshaft didn't fall out and send you off the road did it?
  17. D

    skipping?

It either comes off and puts you out of control or comes off and cracks the case. Oh and if you buy sprockets you need to buy a new chain to go with those new spockets or your old chain will eat up those nice new sprockets.

Any oil that is safe for wet clutches, so most any atv oil will ok in the warrior, I know orielly's has some atv oil, and carry's lucas atv oil. Do NOT use automotive oil, if it has a api seal on the back or says energy conserving its not good in these wet clutch systems. There is a member here...

this is why i hate touching my exhaust

Yes it would, would need to be a hard drill bit or your wasteing your time effort and lots of drill bits. Cobolt drill bits will drill through just about anything.

this is why i hate touching my exhaust

It burnt the bit because its a hardened blot more than likely a grade 8 and those are really hard, you will need a true carbide or a harder drill bit than the bolt, they do make them because I have had to drill out a grade 8 bolt before. Don't use cheap bits all you will do is dull them, burn...
