I personally think a 1500 is perfect for those Wolvs. If anything, go to a 2000. I think anything above that is overkill. Not saying you'd have problems with a 2500, but I think there wouldn't be much of an advantage to it.

If you want a more firm ride just put them all on the highest settings with a spanner wrench (or channel locks if you don't have a spanner).

Are the battery connections absolutely tight? Are you positive it is charged?

You dont want drums, trust me. Obviously there is something wrong that is causing them to wear fast. Did you check the rotor? Is it warped or gouged?
