I've got a 96 Chevy 6.5td single wheel one ton 293k and still strong I get 20-28 depending on my mood but it will easily out run most anything on the road. Only issues I've had are one oil pump gasket and electrical and one power steering pump. I can't kill the thing.

Turn the crank another revolution and it will be in time. The cam to crant is two to one gear ratio.

Will with a 13, but not with a 12. The design I use is a tighter fit and tailored to your sprocket size. It's not a one size fits all kind of thing, that type of design can still fail where mine won't.

I make them, but currently only for 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.

Ehh I have no idea how high my exhaust temps are. I've gotten walle over 340* at the head with no valve train failures yet. That brunt said I have gotten the exhaust can hot enough to melt the rubber grommets that hold it on... So I've probably gotten around 1100 degree exhaust gasses before but...

That's the cam I run its a 440/390 lift cam. Great mid/high range cam with a very very smooth power gain with a nice bottom end. I run it with 15/38 gearing and 18" tires.

Bump the pilot up a half size and don't let it idle so long, these are air cooled machines so no air flow, no cooling so temps only get higher.
