    Hard do push in neutral?

page doesnt load for me.. .and if it is a stroker crank that the link points to i highly doubt it is going to come with the bearing... my advise to you would be to find someone local that knows a good amount about fourwheelers and see what they think of the resistance it has to pushing

    Hard do push in neutral?

thats really hard to tell because it is going to depend on the condition of your chain and how tight it is...

    Hard do push in neutral?

chain off, carb off, stator unplugged, starter unhooked, N and R wires unhooked front fenders, gas tank plastic, gas tank removed, to get to top motor mount, then i believe it is just 2 more motor mount bolts drain oil, get motor out, then take the stator housing off and the clutch cover, and...

    Not Staring?

i am assuming it ran fine after the stator change? i am also under the understanding that it does absolutely nothing when you press the start button in this case i recommend jamming something steel between the posts on the start solenoid... there should be no reason for it to not crank at that...

    Runs rough at higher rpms

mmmmm as usual its hard to diagnose things like this over the internet but what is the air filter and or airbox like? if it somehow filled with water then that obviously is your problem... i could also be any number of connections, but they are generally fairly water tight and water generally...

    Hard do push in neutral?

yeah if it is a bearing in the transmission it will mean taking the motor out and tearing it completely apart... im actually leaning a little towards front brakes tho... im not sure you would notice a bearing in the transmission because of the "gear reduction" (actually gear increase when...

    Hard do push in neutral?

yeah it almost has to be a bearing or something between the clutch and the front sprocket... not a typical problem... you said with the chain off the axle spins fine... but what about the front wheels? maybe you have stuck front brakes? (hope it is that simple)

    Hard do push in neutral?

hmmm i dont believe i have ever heard of this one.... it must be a bad bearing in the transmission... is it easier to push with the clutch is pulled in? edit: i suppose if it is N then the clutch shouldnt be spinning when the fourwheeler is pushed... still would interesting to know tho

    Not Staring?

mmmm could be lots of things... it soemthing simple but not being there its hard for me to guess... my first guess is the starter solenoid is rusty and needs the terminals all cleaned... if it doesnt click then you need to look at the start button

    Carb help!

your carb is junk, head to ebay and buy a zoom zoom haha... i just went down the same exact road... if you find the nozzle it will cost you damn near as much as the zoom zoom carb... you can take the nozzle from the zoom zoom carb of you want, but be warned, they are pressed in... edit: if you...

    Clutch adjustment

that usually comes from the wear on the clutch basket... the clutch disks wear grooves on the basket and they dont like to separate when it is cold... you can take the clutch apart and file the grooves smooth, and or put an extra steel in the center of the clutch pack, or just deal with it like...
