Yupp, DDR seems to be the go to for youth racing stuff. That or Polaris 90's. LT80's are making a huge following too, that is if you can find a good one to start with. Parts are cheap and easy to get ahold of. DDR has a ton offered for aftermarket "race parts" I think is why they are the go to.

Very Very cool. I useually just carry minor tools and water, and treck back to my camper to sleep. But I really want to plan a trip where I ride out into the wild, camp and then treck back. I have the abliltiy to do so as well in WV. I just may have to go about it.

I need to slap a graphics kit on mine! I've never liked the rear a-frame swingger, and drum brakes are weak. I hunted for the SDG frame for quite some time and got it for a steal in pieces, kid had no idea what he had. slap on a fastace shock and BRAAAPPPP it like crazy!

I got one. Had a SSR125 for a while, it morphed into a SDG125 with a few goodies. Super fun!!! Got protaper bars and a tall gripper seat on it now.
