    cheapest parts

Agreed. 390 is a little mild imo. The warrior even in stock form could give up a little bottom end in order to gain more up top.

    Tire Pressure

6 up front and 4 in back. Id say 10 may be a little high up front..... your most likely losing some turning traction as only the center of the tire is hitting the terrain.

    Head porting/polishing valve job

Very true.... those motors are far advanced. But that doesnt mean a motor wont benefit from a high quality proffesional style work. The way i look at it.... the more technologically advanced parts you can put in a motor the more advanced it is.

    wtb direct shifter

Stiff shifting on the warrior can be solved by switching to a high quality synthetic atv oil. You would be surprised in the diffrence it makes. A direct shifter that fits well and is not way too long is the yz250 shifter 1999-2008

    Edelbrock carb: twist to thumb?

Yea thats what i was going for.... If you get used to a twist i do think it is all around safer. But i started riding dirtbikes and stuff. The only time its dangerous is when your hanging off the back. But i would never go back to thumb.... i dont have the control with it that i do with my twist.

    Edelbrock carb: twist to thumb?

I know that the thumb and twist edelbrocks have 2 diffrent cable wheels to open them up i dont know if it makes a diffrence or not.. The twist throttle is safer than the thumb which is a plus.

    Hiper type wheels?

For a trail rider..... they are deffintly not worth it. I have been riding for 7 years and have never popped a bead. I have run my tires flat and still never came close to popping one off.

    Head porting/polishing valve job

Besides duncan.... that is about the most expensive i have ever heard.

I wish ____ made parts for the warrior!

If you notice at the bottom all the nerf bars say that they dont include heelguards.... Classic example of Item picture is not a representation of actual product haha.

    I'm pissed!

33 bucks seems pretty fair to me.

    Graphics Kit

Not bad..... but freakin outrageous prices.

    Warrior thumb throttle

I traded my carb even up for a used e-series slip-on in good shape. I polished it up and sold it on ebay for like 180 i think haha.

    WTB Rebuild parts

Idk make a reasonable offer and its yours. I dont need it anymore. Notice that it is used and does have some carbon on the dome.

    YAMARIDER'S PART-OUT! GOOD STUFF!

Are the arms for sure sold. If something happens put me in line next.

    WTB Rebuild parts

The only thing i have laying round is a stock bore wiseco piston.... it would need new rings before install but other than that its good still.

    good news, bad news

One more thing..... both polaris parts and KTM parts cost a shitload more than your main 4's parts.
  18. D

    good news, bad news

The outlaw is not a proven machine, not to mention parts arent really as availible as yamaha parts. The only way i would buy one if if i lived within 25 miles of a dealer. Not saying its not a good machine...... but **** man you can walk in a honda dealer and get parts for yamaha's nowadays...

    SOLENOID CLICKING

If you cross the top of the solenoid then the problem is almost always the solenoid itself. All that does is bypass it and starts it direct. If the battery is weak or not making a good connection it may turn but be very slow.. usually not enough to start it.
