yay we got the champ running again it took a high performance stator because the other "stock" stator was not crankin enough volts.

yeh true.but we put a new one in and it still didnt fire xo we got sic of working on it so we took it to a shop and hopefully they can figure out what is wrong with it. but thank you guys for all your help. :)

yeh thanks guys :) well we checked all the wires going into the stator with a test light and they all seemed fine but there was no power coming out of the stator do we just went ahead and ordere a new stator.thank you guys for all your help i will keep you informed on further results :) :)

i traced every wire from the coil to the stator back and nothin was loose or corroded would it be the ignition?

???Well i got my warrior running after 3 months of waiting to find and install clutches and got it running on dec 4 a thursday night and skipped skool the next day, to go ride all day, and i did and it cranked and started and ran like a raped ape:). but later that nite wen i went to start it up...

k thanx i took the starter out and cleaned it and it looks completely worn out so i think i will need a new one so i think i solved my problem and by the way i checked the fuse and it was fine would u happen to have any spare tires for sale like holeshots or rzrs

deff t-4 with no baffle lol man that sucker is loud prolly round 99.9db lol

the headlights come on but and it i think it might be a starter but were would the fuse be located at just wondering

well my buddy has a 1999 warrior with the same pipe and his came like yours did with no packing or baffle and his is extremely loud and he was goin to put his stocky back on to so hope this helps.
