01 yamaha 660 raptor

the quad will start and run good when cold and hot but when its hot and u shut it off it wont start until the motor gets cold. still gets spark and fuel when wont start and carbs been checked and cleaned 5 times. afte hot and try starting it backfires, its in time, valves r loose.

my cuz's 01 was doing the same ... we replaced the plug boot and rebuilt the carbs and it stopped

It's not overheating or using coolant is it?

I'd you do they just get yourself a quality auto wire and do the plug wire mod.
