my battery was dead, so i charged it ran fine all weekend. unloaded it out of the truck and it wouldn't start. checked it out and no spark. the coil has one single orange wire and with the key on and the battery charged there is no power. it turns over but no spark. checked the connections and fuses there all good. anyone have an idea? anyone have a wiring diagram? thanks for the help

i have the same problem as well that orange wire comes from your cdi box (if you wanted thats the wire you hook up a tether line kill switch) and there is no power going to your coil on that orange wire. from the unit with the fuses (1 is working and 1 is a spair) there is a red red wire with brown dots on it(i beleve) and that gives power to your cdi box check that and if that wire doesnt have power then there is no power going to the cdi box meaning that you might have a wiring problem, but if there is power going to your cdi box and none coming out on that orange wire then its your cdi box which im trying to fix a stock cdi box because ive been told by a lot people that a high rev box is bad for a air cooled motor. but thats about as much as i konw for trying to get it working fro 2 weeks and thats my conclusion. any body else with more input please help out.

bump any other thoughts or diagram, thanks again
