06 lift kit

Does anybody know anything about the 06 lift kit sold by hebcodistributing.com Would it be worthwhile or how it would affect the performance or handling?

I have talked to people that have the perfex kit from hebco. They said that it gives you a 1 3/8 inch lift.

I am sure that it will make the bike a little more top heavy due to raising the center of gravity. One person said they had a little trouble installing the kit due to holes not lining up right.
