I have an '06 350 rappy and when i have it wound out for a couple seconds, then slow down, it will start missing and stalling really badly. I have already cleaned the carb on it. This only happens if it is full throttle for a couple seconds right before. Anyone know the problem?

You could be running rich, this is most noticeable at WOT and brum brumming around because it loads the motor up. If you pulled the plug out right now I bet it would be pretty black, go check it out.

Yes that means you are running very rich I would back the main jet down two sizes and start from there; make sure before you re-jet that you clean your air filter...

Just cleaned my filter now, letting it dry. I just put a new plug in it also, i will check it again after i take it out next. Do u recommend UNI foam air filter oil for a stock filter? i just bought a can. Thanks Death, oh yeah, RAZRs. :p

I run a CLAMP ON K&N in almost every condition with a Outerwears, the K&N filters give the most flow & HP gain. Buuuuttt no matter what filter you run make sure its a CLAMP ON KIT!

HOLESHOT HD & XCR = GOD, you will find that tire combo on many many XC YFZ/Raptor Racers ! haha.

I took it for a little rip a while ago, it still does it now, but not as much. Almost seems to me that it is revving very quickly. Maybe if i adjust my carb it would not put as much gas into the engine and it would run better?

Yeah well when your air filter gets dirty it will make it run more rich, this is why I said to clean it so when you do jet your jetting will be accurate; you still have to jet. :(

So adjusting the carb wont help at all? or is it worth a try, cuz im goin biking with a friend tomorrow and his dad owns a Honda shop and could probably do it quite quick and easily. Thanks Death. RAZRs+Knarlys!!!

Adjust what on the carb though? The fuel screw isn't going to affect wide open throttle, it only adjusts the mixture from idle to around 1/4 throttle. The only way to lean it out at wot is a smaller main jet.

That or moving the needle position (even though being that rich a needle move wont really cut it); but yea what he said!
