+1 steering stem?

I like the +1 steering stem but like the trailtech handlebar clamp and computer too ;D, but some people are telling me that I can't use a +1 steering stem with the trailtech clamp because they won't fit . So I'm asking you guys if this is really so because you guys are the experts.

you woud be able to use it im sure of it 1in longer bigdeal just make the cables longer

I was thinking that the aftermarket steering stem might have the clamps spaced apart more than the stock ones. I'd contact both the stem manufacturer and trailtech and see what they have to say about it.

the steering stem on my quad was bent when i got it. the guy be4 me said he rolled it. we just tore it down and rebuilt it so my dad made one for me that is slightly longer and looks as good as stock but its an inch longer and its fine. he cut the bottom and top pieces off the old one so they are the same size. im not sure about after market though.

The trail tech clamp will race your bars almost an inch. I have the trailtech clamp with the computer base, got it on ebay for 30 bucks .
