1996 Warrior stator assembly

Finally got the stator removed from the cover and tested. Here is the link:

Just so you know that`s a 02-04 stator from the look of the plugs.

I wondered if that kid knew what he had. I was looking at the plastics and they are white rear and black front (under all the paint). If that is the case I better keep that unit as a spare for mine.

Well I'm an idiot for not looking before!! Looked at the VIN on the frame and sure as hell it is a 2002. I just took the kid at his word and didn't look. I didn't have any of the wiring other than the stator, so didn't bother. That means that who ever on here bought the wiring harness from him ended up with the wrong stuff.

Anyway I will be keeping the stator and flywheel now because it will fit my 02 Warrior and my 05 Raptor. Seems the stator is the same part number all the way to at least 2010 model year Raptor 350 and maybe even newer.

An extra stator is a good thing to have around you never know when you might need it.
