that should give ya guys a "general" idea of how im gunna do it

You may as well make me a set, I be asking you to make me a set just about as soon as you post a pic.

The hardest part about making a set is bending the pipe. Luckily I have an hyd pipe bender.

we will see my friend, as if im producing to sell i have to pay for materials. and the liability is pretty high too...

Don't tell them lol say you keep screwing up prototypes and are trying different angles and **** :p

who thinks regular bearings (like skateboard bearings) would be better than the current proprietary suspension bushings/bearings? that i do believe is my current plan!

You'll be second.... behind I :iagree:. Dont matter how many high tech tools and parts ya got, your welds better be strong and presice.

Amen^^^. I burned mine in there good. I used .154 and .120 wall tubing. It was what I found on ebay at the time, but, it is on the heavy side of what I would have liked. I would have liked to have gotten the 1" in .120" wall. Atleast I know they wont come apart, because it allowed me to get good penetration.

^ thats what she said!!!

Hey Alex if your already building your own, you might as well make em long travel will ride like glass

Its were you use longer shocks then factory I have 17.25" long shocks on the front of mine and they are a touch short, but the longer the shock, normally equals smoother ride
