1. I just bought a new plug it's a NGO irridium series and I gapped it and put it in I have my airbox lid cut out and screened and my baffle out the air screw is at 1.5 turns out and the jets are stock, but when I pulled my plg out to check it it is black as can be I figure if anything it should be lean I don't understand?

2. Is a synthetic wet clutch oil good or bad all what are the pros and cons of rotella t6 ? hi it good for your bike I know a couple dudes on here run it just want some pros and cons
 
if its black try tightening the mixture screw 1/2 turn im having a lean issue i cant figure out and its pissing me off.i really hate the btm -_-
 
1. Try a brand new plug for the reading.

2. Pros on the oil is prolly run cooler. Cons...prolly a bit more coin.
 
first off your not suppose to gap the NGK Iridiums what they come set at from factory is what they are suppose to be run at
as for it running rich not sure why it would be rich with the air box lid cut out and baffle out with stock jets
your sure the jets are stock

Yeah I'm sure they are and it wouldn't run right when u didn't have it gaped and then when I gapped it it ran a lot better but it bogs out really bad on the low end of my gears it sputters and chugs not really bogs but chugs a lot
 
I had the same issue. I just bought a new carb and it fixed it.
 
I'm assuming a "chug" would be a jerking caused by it cutting out then running good and back and fourth and a "bog" it just dies down
