2002 warrior real slow crank over .

Hey guys , been a while since iv posted here . As the title says im having an issue with my monster once again lol . It turns over real slow with a good charged bat , all cables and wires are clean and not broken , iv read through the starting issue threads and haven't found anything about my problem . my question is, would it be the starter causing the slow turn over or would it be the one way clutch in the case ? thanks in advance .

im not sure but my friend had the same problem and then his starter went.
