Okay so I put a video up on youtube for audio and visual refferences. I seem to be having some issues with the fuel delivery now. I took my stock airbox off and i am running straight UNI Filters and a 147.5 main jet and the e-clip on my mid throttle pin is all the way down on the 5 notch, making the needle as high as it possibly can go. It seems that no matter what I do the thing runs rough in low to mid throttle, but wide open and idle it runs fine. refer to video. I have a 145 main jet a 150 main jet and a 152.5 main jet. I am at a 1130 feet elevation, no airbox, in the video my quad is currently set up with a 147.5 jet, and e clip all the way down on the pin making it the highest it can go. it sounds VERY throaty and feels like it misses, but I think it might be something else. Thats about the best I can describe it in words, the rest will have to be done by listening to it. Here is the link

If you have any suggestions, or know what settings I should be running on my carburetor let me know, I want to take it out riding, now that it is running, and now that the tempurature is below 100 degrees consistently!

Before I was having issues with the stator and the clutch (got those fixed). Now its the fuel mixture/delivery.

Stock Pilot jet, main jet 147.5 e-clip is on position 5 of mid throttle pin. Pilot Screw is stock 2.25 turns out. It idles fine and has good wide open throttle, like i said in the movie it only feels and sounds like crap in 1/8th-3/4 throttle. It feels like It bogs down. I know that taking the stock airbox off increases the air significantly, so I tried a 150 main jet. it didnt help. Should I try even single position on the mid throttle pin with a 147, then try a 150, or even try to go back to the original one on the quad, which was a 145? How do I know what my settings should be? Oh and I read both of those articles. Not as informative as I would have expected. I checked Dynojet's website and they recommended with a 146 jet at 3000 feet or below, with a modified airbox (well what about NO AIRBOX?) a main jet of 146 well stock jets only come in increments of 2.5 hence 145, 147.5, 150, 152.5. Dynojets are in increments of 2. 126, - 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, 150. Anyways they recommended with a modified airbox a 146 main jet and position on mid throttle pin groove 4, from the top groove being groove 1. and then pilot jet 2.5 turns out. well i dont have a 146, I only have a 145 and a 147.5. I'm thinking I might have success on a 147.5 with the mid throttle pin being at groove 4.

I am not thinking my pilot jet is messed up, because it idles just fine!

isnt the needle with the e clips control 1/8 - 3/4th of the throttle? did u mess around with that? have you tryed it with the e clip in the middle where it is set at stock?

I think you need to put your neddle to the middle position the adjust your air/fuel screw as needed. If it idles fine and 3/4 to wot is fine that only leaves the needle. You have yours set as rich as it goes, and it sounds like it's getting too much fuel to me.
