Hi, the build on my 06 Raptor 379 is 90% done... I will be running this Quad with an HMF slip on pipe, K&N air filter with no lid... Will this jetting be ok ?

For altitudes 3000 ASL to Sea level and below:

155 main jet.
25 pilot jet.
Mixture screw at 2.5-3 turns from fully seated.

Thanks

Ok I'll see if this jetting works out, and if it still to lean I'll try to copy your jetting.

are you running open air box with a high-flow air filter ?
