88 warior acellerator pump

sorry for the bad picture is not mine is off google but behind the throtle pully there is the that pushes down on the accelerator i opened my carb up and it was snapped the bolt snapped into the carb does anyone know how to get that out? sorry for the wrong names of things and stuff i dont know much about these things just trying to save alot of money. and if i cant be fixed anyone know where to buy a full carb for cheap? best price i can find is about 450

that or if anyone knows a way to get a bolt out that is so tinny the head was an 8mm (this way would be preferable ) cause its all that happened
