sheet alum and lexan would be cool i think,,,riveted together and sealed with a thin bead of clear sealant

^ same one I got, and yeah, the filter on them is HUGE!

mine is a no sell, but I did snag it off fleebay for $40 or so a while back.

If your having a hard time finding one to fit, its the same filter that a 250R uses.
