Damn dude that sucks! My case was already broken and repaired when I got it. Going to try to make my own case saver out of an aluminum road sign I have. Me making it isn't the prob, that's the easy part. Hard part is fitting it to an already broken case.

where the hell can we buy case savers? i had the chain to snap on my 99 once. dunno how i was so lucky to not have broken my case.

Ive had 2 fail using my savers, neither hurt a fly on the engine. One put a slight mark in the case saver and thats all.

I wish I woulda built one for my 450 I shelled a case last week and it got other parts too about 500 in parts

If my case wasn't already mangled I'd get one from you weston. Just be easier. But instead I get to fabricate, which is fun, really.:iagree:

hey weston, could i use my stock sprocket cover over the saver? i like it, but i'd rather keep the stock look too.

Yes u can use the stock cover, but u will need to cut part of the cover off on the top to clear the saver I will post a pic in a bit of what u shave off

Yep mine was busted and fixed on the Warrior i bought. Mine appears to be fixed with some sort of Jb weld or something.

is jb weld a good idea to fix a case with..same thing happend to mine...i have pics in the genral discussion...and i already started jb weld will it hold if done right
