Any way to change valve spring with the head on?

Hey guys I have a set of valve springs coming for my warrior and was hoping to be able to figure out how to change them with the head on the engine. I should of done it when I had the head off a few weeks ago but I didn't. Anybody have any slick tricks for a tool or an idea on how to do this with the head still on the engine?

you should be able to reuse the head gasket if you havnt run it.
