ok so i have +3 a arms and imputting my axel on tomorrow. what length setting would be the best option for my g force adjustable axle. i plan on getting 20x11x10 tires in the rear or something like that. not sure yet. any suggestions

can i get some reasons behind methods ha. i dont know. i kinda want both front in back to be even. but if not even then i wouldnt mind the rear to be alittle wider. i figuerd u guys got some experience with this stuff. so beastly reason for all the way in? 88 reason for all the way out? thanks

You want the rear slightly narrower than the front it helps the quad track better through turns if your rear is wider the quad will actually have a bad pushing feel but thing is you dont know it until you have a properly set up quad

I feel the rear should be just as wide as the front if not a hare wider. I feel that the quad is more stable so measure your front width and try to match your back width to your front width

hey i matched the rear with the +3 front and its even now. i got my 20x11x10 tires on it and it works great. idk i may extend it all the way out. or make it alittle wider in the rear. idk yet. well see how it rides

Do you have any data to back that up
Also a narrower rear helps in the tree dodging. when you turn the rear takes a different shorter path a narrower rear help the rear tires follow the fronts path allowing you to point the front and go instead of worring about the rear clipping trees

Well Beastly you are 100% correct on having the rear a little narrower than the front I have my fronts flipped and my rears normal and damn she turns so fricken easy now compared to the pushing binding feeling with the rear wheels fipped HUGE ******* IMPROVEMENT love it so much better now

Mine rear tires are only like a 1/4" narrower on each side than the fronts and it turns way easier and better than before with the rears flipped

I have found over the years that have'n them set up about the same gives the quad a more stable feel.
Wider in the rear seems to create understeer. As where narrower in the rear causes oversteer, and the ass end wants to wash out on ya... Setting up the rear axle is totally up to you, and your riding style.
Set it the way you feel comfortable when your riding.

Thats my $.02

yeah i think im going to to my best to balance it out and make them even to each other. thats my plan but if i cant get that then i will have the front wider then the rear

1st ride i had fronts flipped, rears normal and shock set all the way soft (adjust screw turned all the way counter clockwise i think) ass end was lose as hell, i liked it! I was thinkin it was because of the shock setting, yes or no??? Now i flipped rears also, Ill see how that feels next ride, shock still the same setting. ohhhh and i had 5/6 psi front 3.5/4 psi rear

I run 3.4lbs rear and 4.4lbs front
as for the rear being loose as hell that was probably because your front was wider than the rear which you'll probably like better than the way it's gonna feel with the rear wheels flipped it doesn't turn as smooth and feels pushy. I just put my rears back to stock and love the way she handles now way more responsive and doesnt have the pushy feel
