hey guys i have a 01' warrior with a dyno jet kit, white bros e series and a k&n air filter. i just got new coils and stator. spark is rediculous, but it back fires alot and it when u let off the gas it really back fires then pop pop pop pop pop if u get what im saying. sometimes its fire!! whats wrong with it. it runs really good tho ha idk whats wrong with it.
 
What you may want to do is rejet it back to stock. That way you can start with a "clean slate" and get a baseline, then adjust from there. If all you have is a pipe and no air box/filter mods, the most a lot of us have to do is go up on the main jet. Many times the pilot stays stock, as does the jet needle. If it runs just a HAIR lean at idle turn the pilot screw in 1/8-1/4 turn to richen the mixture. That may be all you need to do, or you might need to increase your pilot jet. Get several in 2.5 size increments. Most of your fuel metering in done with the needle jet. Once you get the main jet set, lowering the clip 1 notch (raising the needle 1 notch) will richen the idle mixture, too. That is if you are still having trouble getting your idle mixture set.
