bad news for my warrior

ok its been cutting out and wat not and i saw the intake boot was ripped and i figured thats y its been running messed up and smoking so i jb weld the intake boot and check the plug its black and oily so im like wtf so i start it it runs good low rpm but once revved up it sounds like a 2 stroke hitting th rev limiter and puffs out smoke looked blue too is this deff the rings or can one of the valves be out of adjustment letting oil in?please help the odds r its bad and i wont have a quad no more cuz my dad dont buy nuttin for it but anyways im gonna buy that engine restore crap later and see if that helps but if not wat parts will i need? rings? and piston or just rings?

lol its both of our quads we both put in half and i bought tie rods/ends he bought tires i bought intake boot he bought clutch cable ect so since im not old enough to work im gonna tip in some and he,ll pay the rest for the alba kit o and stfu wen u dont no wat ur tlking bout
