I noticed in some of the for sale sections people post in OLD threads and then they come to life again with seemingly nobody paying attention to the fact that Joe Schmoe was trading or selling these things 8 years ago. Is there anything we can do to solve this problem? I noticed on the thread title there isn't a date, maybe the almightys here could add a date to thread starts in the classifieds? Maybe lock the thread after so long say like six months or a year of inactivity?? I know if I were new, I would assume as well that these old posts were new considering they are at the top of page 1. But then you can lead a horse to water, but ya can't make him drink. If you don't read the post ya wind up sticking your foot in your mouth. I guess moral of the story is READ before POSTING. Just my 2 cents. This site is awesome, keep doing what your doing, just trying to make a suggestion.

I don't see it as a huge problem dude. Doesn't happen very much from what I see.

If its a problem im just gonna lock it if someone has a problem with it they will get a warning questiong are to be searched and if that doesnt answer your problem then a thread can be started in one of the proper sections

Sounds like a plan to me! Seems the parts for sale section drudging up old stuff is the main problematic section. Just seems :haha: seeing you guys tell people to look at dates on the same thread 4 times in a week :loco:

threads can be closed. Thing is, if the seller dosen't make there thread as all items sold, we dont know if they are still selling them or not.
