Bent valve symptoms?

I was wondering what the symptoms of a bent intake valve and the symptoms of a bent exhaust valve I'm having some problems out my warrior and i think it might be the valves

The valves won't seat if they're bent. Compression escapes by them and depending on how bad they're bent it could run poorly, spitting back through the intake to not running at all. Do a compression check
