Best Performing Pipe thats also quiet

What's the best pipe out there that is not terribly loud, or atleast has an insert to make it near stock volume?

They're all gonna be considerably louder...they have to be if they're gonna make make any kind of power increase. Even the so-called 'quiet' aftermarket exhausts are still a lot louder than stock.

I got a hmf with quiet core, I've asked and no one has said its loud.
