it will fit and work but some have smaller intake port and smaller valves you can tell by looking at intake port it is much smaller

they are the same.....just to make sure just check on some internet microfiche to see if it's the same parts numbers...I always use www.hlsm.com or www.stadiumyamah.com....

thanks. i was on some yamaha website last night and on bike bandit .com and the numbers werent the same..i dont know if they were the yamaha number though and i couldnt find ne thing on any other sights..

No. The kodiak AC 400, wolverine 350, bigbear 350, bigbear 400, raptor 350, bruin 350 are all the same exact head except for cam profiles, even the yamaha bw 350 fat wheeled bike of the 80s uses the same head as a warrior.
