I am a new member just thought I would share this I will be doing this mod on my warrior aka Big Boy. I just bought all parts needed and will do a step by step video for all thinking of doing this mod some like clutch cover mod I prefer this way and i will be fabbing up a new shifter for those who are wooried about clearance i will show how to do shifter 2 ways for those who have access to a welder and those who dont recomend welded one.

I'm interested to see this front fender. There is a write up in here somewhere on the big bear cooler, and a shifter for it.
 
the best way i found for the shifter is to use the bigbear 350 shift shaft as it comes about 2 1/2 inches farther out to clear the adapter, you just cut the clutch side to the right length and then you can use the yz250
 
I also do custom plastics making a new front piece for front that will have a scoop design and a molded light pocket similar to the 400ex

Humm....I'm really interested in seeing this hood. Do you vacuum form?
 
Yep I do vacuum forming going to make it out of 90 gauge abs plastics and going to make skid plates with metal inserts for around 80 bucks
 
Sweet. I've always wanted to see a stockish hood with a scoop as all one piece. A vacuum form is the way to do it!

thick plastic skids slide over the rocks better too.
