Bit of a new engine knock (not predetontation)

Gentlemen,

Had the quad about 1.5 years or something, and there's a new knocking noise coming from the motor. Seems like it could an out of adjustment valve train, or maybe a timing chain issue? Definitely seems to be coming from the top of the motor.

Any pointers on where to start would be great...I've not adjusted valves or anything like that on this machine yet, just lots of maintenance and cleaning type stuff. I do have some Chevron w/ Techron fuel treatment in the tank now....

remove the cover on your head it has 2 8mm bolts then check chain tension i but its flapping around chewing your case like mine if not adjust your valves and those are the easy solutions
