What are all of your opinions about boot sizes? I've never had a pair of riding boots, and don't want to be sending back a pair that doesn't fit. I take either a 12 or 13, depending on the mfg or the type shoe. Currently my work boots are 12 (usually are), my dress shoes are 12, my sneakers are 13(usually are), and the boots I ride my horses in are 13. My uncle said they run a tad big, as per his experiance. So, I'm thinking 12 may be best.

I've had two pairs of Thor riding boots. First let me say that they both started falling apart after about a year. I don't know if all Thor boots are made the same but the cheaper ones Like the T-30 which where my first ones where way smaller than my shoe size. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe but the boot I had to get a 12 or 12 1/2. The next pair where also smaller by about a size. Those are the only ones I have experience with. But I would suggest going to a dealer and putting some on. It would suck to get a crappy boot thats uncomfortable to ride in. Some boots are stiff and can be soaked in water to loosen them up faster. When you find a boot that's right for you then you can go online and find the deals. I'd stay away from Thor personally although theyre higher priced boots I'm sure are better. I guess I got what I paid cause I'm cheap. Next time I'll probably invest more money.
