bore size??

OK well i sunk my wolvy last year and after i changed the oil and got all the water out of the engine it started blowing blue i have it apart now and looks like the rings done
so now i am going to do an over bore was thinking 40 over but don't know if that's to much for the wall thickness any help would be awesome
