Braided front brake lines

I'm looking for a set of braided +2 front brake lines. I've seen setups that use 3 lines and a t-connector in the middle, and i've seen some that appear to use only 2 lines. Do the 2-line setups run all the way up to the master cylinder, or connect to the end of the stock rubber line where the existing "T" fitting is? What is a good brand to get? What to stay away from? Where to get it? Thanks.
