the other day while out on a quick ride a link broke on my Primary Drive gold x-ring chain. while it looks basically identical to DID x-ring i have questions about the quality of the metal. while just crusing around taking it easy the one side of a link split around the rivet. bought this chain cause it came with sprockets for the same cost as a DID chain alone and now im pissed that i bought this thing. i called rocky mountain and they said theyd "have to call me back" about warrenty. im hoping i can get a new one out of them but kinda doubt thats happening

Ya idk if that will happen. but i had a x ring primary drive chain with the sprockets and i liked it all thought it seemed like good quality and everything...

just an update. rocky mountain did replace the chain for free which i was kinda suprised about and they did it faster than i ever would have expected. i shipped it on a tuesday and a week and a half later i recieved the new one. i did have to ship it back to them on my dime however which i wasnt to thrilled about but that is what most companys do anyways.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to my i am surprised they took it back.
