After finally getting my clutch problem sorted out...I have to move on the last thing.

Sometime over the winter, something went wrong with my rear brake. There is no pressure on the pedal anymore. I have:

-disassembled/cleaned rear caliper
-blew out hoses
-blew out master cylinder (as much as possible)

I then filled the resevoir with fluid and sucked fluid back through the system. And there is still no pressure on the pedal, so I think the cylinder is bad. Is there anyway to tell for sure other then eliminating everything else?

How difficult is rebuilding the master cylinder?

It took me forever to get the rear caliper to work on the used warrior I bought. I did the same thing, took it apart and cleaned it real well. I just kept bleeding and bleeding until it finally worked. You can always find rear calipers or master cylinders on ebay if ya can't get it working right.

same thing happen to me but the pump part were the pedal pushes the rod up and down inside that thing is a small piston that pushes the fluid and make the pressure and on my it seized so i had to buy a rebuild kit from yamaha for 40$ .. hope that helped

I lost all of my pedal once due to a caliper piston seal. The kit cost my 7 bucks, so maybe you should try that before dishing out the cash for a master cylinder. But i blew my seals because i wore my brake shoes down way to far. Master cylinder rebuild kits can be found in dennis kirk, ebay, and yuor dealer, the piston seal kit can be found at your dealer should be about 7-8 bucks.
