cam bearing removal its stuck

trying to put new hotcam in any idea how to get the old bearing off its stuck on there pretty good

well if you dont have a press is there a backyard way to do it

i used my vice and opened it up to set the bearing on the opening and used a soft mallet and genitally tapped it out. worked great then i used a socket to that matched the inside race diameter to get it on the hc.

Local shop wants 65 to do it take me out to dinner b4 you f#ck me damn thats alot to press off and press on a bearing any other shops beside cycle dealer

Just do it the way I did it was super simple bro. I was like you and sparky told me to do it that way. Off and on the new hc in less then a minute. Super simple.
