I bought a 97 carb off of ebay since my old one was ******. This one seems to be in good shape until i put it on my bike.
I hooked everything up , started it, and it just ROARS. It sounds like ive got the throttle pinned. I checked the throttle cable and it working fine.

Any ideas. i dont even know where to start.

r u sure that sumwhere on the throttle cable it isnt begin pushed against anything or begin pulled??

i had the same problem then i figured out that my cable was begin pushed on lol dumb mistake

What could be wrong with the jetting. btw anyone have any tips for getting the little screws off of the float bowl. Mine are stripped out and i cant get ahold of them

I got it going, Its so nice to ride my warrior with a functioning carburator. I jsut had to put the new throttle cable on. But can anyone help me with the carb bowl screws? I cant get the off for nothin

drill the heads off and then grab them with vice grips and then replace them with stainless steel hex head bolts
